We had just arrived in Italy and were so excited that the two of us ended up ordering four different kinds of pasta
We didn’t understand the menu at all, but the kind staff kindly explained everything in English and even gave us some great recommendations.
Everything was delicious, but my personal favorites were the tomato and basil sauce with gnocchi, and the beetroot ravioli with sage butter sauce
We went on a Friday evening at 7:00 PM, and it wasn’t crowded at all.

This pasta was amazing! Go and eat here! It’s such a great idea getting to choose the type of pasta and pairing it with your choice of sauce. It was so delicious we ordered another bowl. The staff are so kind, helpful and friendly. Thank you for the wine recommendation.

My wife and I ended up here out of chance, because our intended destination was closed. We ordered the Geek salad, Ragu, and Amatriciana. While the salad wasn't my favorite (not really into salad), the pasta was amazing. Probably our favorite in this trip.

Flavor at an unbeatable price. Tucked away in an unassuming stall near Porta Romana, this little gem is run by two dedicated women who invite you to choose from their fresh selection of pasta, then guide you through an array of sauces to pair with it.
I went for the deceptively simple—ricotta and spinach pasta with butter and sage. It was exquisitely delicate, each bite a quiet revelation. Light, yet somehow still satisfying, and all for just 8 euros—a steal for the quality and portion.

I were wondering in the street of Milano and stumbled upon this lovely place. As a tourist, I would not able to order in Italian, I had inquired that if they can speak English and luckily they can a little bit. I were able to order with the help of the gentleman and the tortellini alle ortiche with Ragu’ di fassona piemontese were exceedingly my expectations. As a professional chef, I had try many pasta before but this is so tasty, the ragu sauce were so much favour, the pasta were cook to al dente. I stayed at an Airbnb that was close to Sartorial sella Pasta. It was recommended by my host. I was impressed with the food, wine & friendly service. There were many pasta choices available and I asked the server to pick her favorite and pair it with a good wine. It was affordable, quick & delicious. We discovered this place by doing a little research on here, Google maps. We had such lovely pasta and fizzy Rose. The staff were really helpful and friendly and the pasta was amazing. It was a really nice atmosphere when we were here at about 7:30ish, not too busy. Price wise, it was really reasonable - €8 for pasta and €5 for fizzy rose. Really recommend coming here.

This is a hidden gem for sure! The pastas are some of the best I ever had. Many recipes available, I recommend the raviolis with lemon and ricotta. The pesto, butter sage, and tomato basil sauces are also delicious 🤤 The staff and the owner are also very friendly people. I tried the beer brewed by the owner and it was top notch!

It’s so good. I don’t speak any Italian and they were so nice and patient with me. But seriously wow!!! The meat sauce is amazing! Their tiramisu and mango cheesecake so delicious as well. Best meal of my short trip.

Amazing pasta! It tastes amazing and the best part is that the locale closes at 11pm so it’s perfect after a long day of exploring the city. The chef is extremely kind and you can tell he is passionate about his cuisine. You see the whole process of the pasta being made to being served for you. You’ll regret not going!

I had a wonderful experience here. As a visitor to Italy, I appreciated the staff's patience and willingness to help me navigate the menu, despite my lack of Italian. Their recommendation for the Fassona meat ragu and pasta pairing was perfect – a true taste of Italian cuisine. Grazie mille!
